Miscellaneous

Ok, there's been a few things I've been meaning to post, but never seem to find the time. Clear back at the beginning of January, Jude went to the dentist for his first visit. Dr. Scott says Jude has great teeth. No cavities, and space between all his teeth. That means he doesn't have to worry about flossing so much yet because the toothbrush gets between all the teeth. We just have to make sure we brush good. They were nice enough to take a picture and I've posted it here.

Next, a couple weeks ago, we got some snow and I purchased some snow pants on a whim a couple days before. Finally, the boys could play outside and stay warm and dry! Eli, of course, rushed off to the local hill to go sledding with his friend Carly. Jude was jealous, but we fixed that by tying a rope to the sled and pulling it around the yard. Jude also demonstrated his snow angel-making abilities. I asked him if he would make me one and was about to show him how when he just flopped down and did it. Neither Rog or I recall teaching him this, so I guess it must have been one of those pre-programmed functions kids come with. Note: Jude is wearing the winter coat his big brother gave up wearing just last winter. Freaky.
